I had the horrible trauma with a heartless psychotherapist-psychologist. She was whitewashed by her professional corporation and association more enclined to protect her and their reputation. Along with her capitalists lawyers that defended her at the detriment of justice and truth. It was a totally devastating experience.
Re: Bernadette’s comments … I too have been struggling with feeling alone with body symptoms and needing support and validation for this suffering. Would you like to talk, Bernadette? And anyone else who is working on this kind of issue? It would be great to have a support group.

Thank ypu for posting on Youtube as i missed the live session! It was warm and encouraging & with the short practice Rick led, i feel,very peaceful. Savoring this as i too am regularly exposed to retriggering of an ongoing trauma. I feel awe in the woods especially, or while enjoying someone’s garden as i pass by. I must make more opportunities to go see such things, healing my brain, so im not so wiped out by the traumatic visits i have to make. Thank you for so many great ideas & for sharing from the ❤️
