I too don’t have a computer at home and am wondering if the talks will be available in recorded format and how long that might be availble. I don’t have the opportunity to spend more than an hour or so at a time. Thank you.
Thank you from Italy
I just did the RAIN meditation with TARA. So open and spacious. Thank you for sharing. What is the acronym RAIN?
I would love to sign up for this but I work funny hours so daytime and nighttime are often inconsistent. I not available will the sessions he repeated? I do not have a computer
This is one of my favourite practices both on its own and incorporated within a normal meditation sitting session. Personally, There is where I find it most useful. Sometimes while doing a formal meditation sitting practice I get invaded with thoughts with the same underlying emotion coming up and sometimes it’s very difficult to just say observe acknowledge and let it pass. So at these times, I incorporate the rain practice into my formal sitting to investigate the nature of such persistent emotional undercurrents.
