Thankyou
Compassion for others has been easier to demonstrate, however, compassion for the self has been the most difficult thing to do, because most people have been taught to help, love, and feel compassion for others. When you truly know and love yourself spiritually (knowing who you really are: Love) then you can be compassionate towards yourself, then towards others. Being compassionate towards yourself is NOT being stressful, violent, greedy, depress, fearful, controlling, possessive, jealous, or being right. When you stop being these negative things, then you will become healthier, wiser, loving, peaceful, joyful, and spiritually more balanced. We can all change the world tomorrow if we have the desire to be compassionate for the self and others :))
Thanks for that seemingly obvious point…because I still struggle with that. It’s so alien to my thinking!
Thanks again
