ABOUT US

At The Awake Network, everything begins with connection. We believe that healing and transformation happen through relationships—within ourselves, with each other, and with the world around us. Founded on the vision that we are stronger together, our work grows from the connections we build—with presenters, partners, and our wider community. Through these relationships, we’re able to offer grounded, accessible trainings that support personal and collective well-being through compassion, embodiment, and mindfulness.

These offerings include opportunities to learn from leading experts through free online summits, monthly live workshops, and a membership community for deeper connection and continued learning. You can watch expert-led sessions at no cost during our summits, or join our membership to access full recordings, live trainings, and ongoing support. The tools we share are grounded, experiential, and immediately applicable to both your life and your work.

Our offerings are designed for anyone interested in healing and growth—whether you’re a therapist, coach, educator, or simply someone seeking to live with more presence, purpose, and compassion. We also provide specialized trainings for mental health professionals looking to integrate embodied, compassion-based tools into their clinical work.

We’re working toward a world where more people—especially those in helping roles—are well-resourced, emotionally resilient, and grounded in connection. We believe healing is possible when we create the conditions for safety, kindness, and regulation—not just for individuals, but across communities and systems. The change we seek is a cultural shift toward wholeness, rooted in embodied wisdom and collective care.
