[Video] A 4-Minute Guided Practice to Settle, Soften, and Open
For those who could benefit from a short (but deep) reset, we’re happy to share this guided practice from mindfulness teacher Zeenat Potia.
In this 3-minute session, Zeenat leads us in allowing our bodies to be soft, releasing all tension; allowing our hearts to be tender; and finally, allowing ourselves to be open.
We hope this helps you to be grounded and present for whatever the day may bring.
Practice further with Zeenat Potia!
