Happy Christmas in advance to you all
Really helpful.
Thank you so much for this video. I’m new to meditation, but I like what I’m learning. My brother is flying in tomorrow from out of state, as he does every year around this time. My family and I always draw names for Christmas gifts, and this year I got a little something for somebody else special. I have alway been a compassionate person, but am learning how to be more empathetic. Thanks again, and happy and safe holidays to all regardless of what you celebrate.
Thank you for this short but powerful teaching. It’s my first Christmas without my Darling son who left us 6 months ago. God will help me to transform my sorrow in JOY for the rest of my family. 🙏
My Son My Husband Son who he raised to be a Man My Son Has My Husband ❤️ 🙏👏
I like him so my husband is in a hotel for sorry and lost I miss my husband every day I get it his messaged I Have Love in my Heart now love my family no more sorrow happy tears of Joy my husband is with God ❤️🙏🎄
Archbishop Jakes shared the same message of compassion and love 💕. Unrealistic expectations are the root -we must weather the storm to reach the other side and let God show you!
Vary nice
A very nice message regardless of our religious beliefs. Thank you very much. Learning compassion and cultivating wisdom are the keys.
✌️
Bedankt/thanks
I agree. Many also move through the “holiday season” without a particular religious holiday as they may be atheist, agnostic, etc. The societal pressure still applies, to have a very happy season. He talks about expectations, and that can be a very powerful tool: to make up your own mind what your expectations are. Having just had this conversation today, my friend and I decided we plan to have a not-horrible holiday season. May you all be blessed with the same, or better! 🙂
Tashi delek Rinpoche 🙏🙏🙏
Sorry to say …
Impact of vision between past developer and modern developed
Beautiful message! Thank you! 🙏🏼
I was put off by Yongey’s description of Holiday season as Christmas and New Year. What about Chanukah, Kwanza etc. I am very surprised by this omission that he mentioned several times. I do agree with his overall suggestions: awareness and loving kindness as helpful to better regulate ourselves during this stressful time of year.
