A 5-Minute Teaching from Kaira Jewel Lingo on Caring for Our Pain
In this short but powerful video, Kaira Jewel Lingo reminds us that drawing on our inherent resources — like kindness and compassion — can help us move through difficulty with grace, while respecting the heartbreak and pain we experience as well.
As she notes, this is a helpful approach for navigating the many challenges and tragedies we face at the collective level, as well as in our personal lives.
