[Updated List] Free Online Resources for Educators, Parents, and Kids

As the weeks of unprecedented global crisis and uncertainty continue, educators, parents, and children face a variety of challenges. Some of us are coping with never imagined hardships, others with new responsibilities, and, for some, the quotidian joys and squables of increased family time have us alternately between at-wits-end and full-to-the-brim with gratitude.

In hopes of meeting you wherever you may be, we’re keeping an updated list of the wide variety of offerings coming from our many mindfulness teachers and partner organizations.

Be sure to bookmark this page and check back for new resources specific to the Mindful Education community. And, for more general offerings, check out our Updated List of Free Online Resources for Mindfulness & Resilience.

May you and your family find all the forms of support you may need at this time.
