Offering free weekly online sessions to support worldwide graduates of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programs and those with an interest in mindfulness meditation. Join us for a guided meditation, reflection, and discussion.
Daily Mindfulness and Compassion Streams — UCSD Center for Mindfulness
UCSD working with The Sanford Institute, and the Compassion Institute are providing daily streams and recordings of mindfulness and compassion sessions to provide resources and online support to those affected.
Practice Sessions, Recordings, and Training —CHA Cambridge Health Alliance
Offering free daily live-online mindfulness and compassion practices in English, Spanish and Portuguese for healthcare providers, caregivers, parents, pregnant/postpartum couples, people of color, and everyone else. There are also brief recordings from our teachers that might be helpful. And, CHA is offering 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion courses that can provide long-term support. Though these courses are self-pay, there are scholarships and discounts available.
